The Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education is responsible for conducting secondary and higher secondary examinations in the Islamabad and its affiliations. The Federal Board was established in 1975. The BISE Federal board aims to ensure transparent examinations and fair result processing.
The FBISE Federal Board manages the educational system for secondary (9th & 10th grade) and intermediate (11th & 12th) levels in Islamabad and its divisions. Fbise is working under the Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training. The course curriculum, examination pattern and the working body is completely different from other Punjab boards.
