The Peshawar Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education is responsible for conducting secondary and higher secondary examinations in the Peshawar and its affiliations. The Peshawar Board was established in 1961 by the Govt. of Khyber Pakhtun Khwa. The BISE Peshawar board aims to ensure transparent examinations and fair result processing.
The BISE Peshawar manages the educational system for secondary (9th & 10th grade) and intermediate (11th & 12th) levels in Peshawar and its divisions. BISEP is working under the Ministry of Education.
